International students - Study Spanish in the USM

The USM has two options for foreigner applicants wanting to learn and/or improve their level of Spanish

The first option is a semester course taught at three different levels which is part of our regular Academic Offering. This means, the course can be taken in addition to any other course offered by all academic departments (engineering, science, technology or humanities, as long as entry requirements are met).

The second option is a two-week Intensive Spanish Course offered before the beginning of each semester. The course focuses on Grammar and Chilean Culture; normally classes are held from 10:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday.
