► Academic Transcript: From all your undergraduate semesters, must include grading scale and the minimum required to pass, please also consider:

  • All subjects at USM are part of an established Program of Studies, therefore, most have other subjects as prerequisites. You can review this information in each course syllabus downloadable in our Subject Search Engine. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the transcript contains subjects equivalent to the prerequisites of the subjects you wish to take at USM, taking care not to risk your participation in the subject being rejected by the corresponding Academic Department.
  • It is also very likely that, at the time of applying, you will still be taking courses at your own university. Therefore, you should also take care to update your academic transcript to its latest version once it is available to you. This is of utmost importance for the evaluation of participation in the courses you want to enroll in during your stay at USM.

NOTA If, when you apply for the exchange, you are still in the process of obtaining your Spanish Level Certificate, you can use a Letter of Commitment instead. The Letter of Commitment must be signed by you,  stipulating your intention to submit the Language Certificate as soon as you obtain it, as long as this is before you start your stay in Chile. Please note that this is in no way an exception to our language requirements.

All documents must be submitted in English or Spanish and in PDF format.
